The Butchers on the Block is an extension of Chef Brian and Andrea’s catering company. The Butcher’s Block Eatery provides quality, made from scratch meals, designed to meet the needs and palates for a wide-range of clientele with the mobility and flexibility of a food truck. Quality meals can now be prepared on-site or delivered to venues, in a quick and convenient fashion!
